MY FAMILY:
My Dad, Jamal Amer, started out as an English teacher in Dubai and then got in to insurance and then became a prominent person in the insurance company he worked at. After coming to Canada he owned and operated a printing company and gave political, financial, and even legal advice out of the printing company. Now he has a financial consultant company, and he comes highly recommended.
My Mom, Hayat Amer, has great compassion for people. She started her professional life here in Canada helping new immigrants acclimatize to new life here. After having raised three diversed kids she has a lot of understanding and patience. Yet she cannot wait to be a grandmother. And in 2005 she is now the proud grandmother of a two boy named Jad and Keenan.
My Brother, AL-Arqam, is a man with a vision for his life. Very goal oriented person. Has his own home since he was 22 (a very nice home too). I am very sorry single ladies, he is now married to a wonderful lady named Natalia.
My Sister, Haya, is a good-hearted loving person. We do not have a lot of female in the family so I have always said "all the goodness in the family has been passed on to the females of the family, that is why we do not have many females in the family" I stand by that. In addition, she is now a mother or two boys; a Jad and Keenan
